Walk on the wet side?
So on a wet sunday afternoon we took Cosmo too Rattlesnake lake in North Bend, just along the I-90, driving through rain we did not expect much and I don't think any of use were expecting to enjoy it. But you just never know, here in the NW, the weather changes by the minutes and it had slowed to a drizzle by the time we parked and stopped completely just a few minutes into the walk. Park way along the path the sun started to come out from behind some clouds, low in the sky and just light up the distant snow capped mountain, what a great view, I only had my phone camera but you get the idea. Also the ledge was shrouded in cloud but also slightly lit by the sun.
Then the little waterfall by the side of the path seemed to beg to be photographed, shades of green contrasting with the slate gray of the rocks.
